Processing time during holiday season:

USA orders: up to 7 to 10 Business days. We actively ship every single day of the week during this peak time to try to get orders out as fast as possible. We thank you for your patience!

Outside of USA: We ship international orders once a week, on Fridays, in order to carefully prepare export documents.

USA Shipping Times:

• 4-7 business days, from $3.75 to $6.95 for Standard with Tracking. 
• 2 or 3 business days, from $12.95 for Express with Tracking.
• We ship packages out from Texas, which means the closer you are to Texas, the sooner your package will arrive.

International Shipping Times:

Please note that shipping delays are common during this time of the year due to high volumes as well as the effects of the pandemic.

If your shipping costs seems high, please be aware that it is because you ordered more than 2 kg and so your parcel has to be shipped in a different way!

Canada

• Ships from USA
• Takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive, but may take longer due to additional holiday season delays
• Weight based rates, starting at around $10
• Please order less than 2 kg otherwise the shipping rate will be high!

United Kingdom

• Ships from USA
• Duties are now to be pre-paid during checkout.
• Takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive, but can take longer due to unpredictable travel delays caused by sudden changes travel restrictions.
• Weight based rates, starting at around $15.
• To be compliant with the new VAT law, we have to collect VAT during checkout.
• Please order less than 2 kg otherwise the shipping rate will be high!

European Union

• Ships from USA
• May take over 1 month to arrive, depending on the country. 
• Duties and VAT are now collected during checkout.
• Due to new EU VAT law, effective July 2021, we will have to collect a VAT of 20% on your order. 
• New EU Law: Duties + 20% VAT + VAT handling Fee from agent, which is why your shipping rates are expensive. 
• Please order less than 2 kg otherwise the shipping rate will be high!

International*

• Ships from USA
• May take over 1 month to arrive depending on the country.
• Australia and New Zealand Shipping may be experiencing delay due to flight restrictions. We do not know exactly how long it will take. 
• We no longer ship to a lot of country due to unreliable international mail ( can take up to 3 months) caused by travel restrictions. We apologize for this inconvenience.
• Weight based rates, starting at around $15
• Please order less than 2 kg otherwise the shipping rate will be high!

1. Some countries are not accepting international mail at the moment due to COVID19 disruptions. Please check that your country is able to process mail.

2. Please check your local post office if your package hasn’t arrived in the estimated time. Sometimes they are holding your package there because of customs.

3. Tracking is not available for all countries.

4. We cannot adjust the customs price nor can we mark order as “gift” for customs purposes.
