Shipping
US Shipping:
We’re in a hurry to send you something happy! All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX within 2 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days.
Standard US Shipping (4-7 business days): Ships with USPS. Exact delivery date are not always known but it's usually fast.
Express US Shipping (2 or 3 Business Days): Ships with UPS so the exact date of arrival is always 2 or 3 business days.
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to make up your mind.
Canada Shipping:
All Canadian Orders ships from our warehouse in the US. Duties and taxes will apply for orders over 15 USD.
Shipping time: 2-3 weeks. Ships with UPS with final delivery usually coming from Canada Post or sometimes "One World Express" due to the recent Canada Post strikes. A lot of times Canadian orders arrive in "Parcel Lockers".
Shipping to other countries:
We do not ship the waffle maker outside of North America. It is a 120V device designed for North America use only.
Some products will be shipped from our Hong Kong shipping partner to reduce shipping costs on your end. If the shipping method says "International Shipping" it is from our Hong Kong shipping partner's warehouse.
If you would rather have our USA warehouse ship it, email us hello@shopzoki.com and we will create a custom order for you.
Shipping time: 2-4 weeks. If it's been 4 weeks and it hasn't arrived, email us hello@shopzoki.com and we will investigate and help you out.
Note:
1. Please check your local post office if your package hasn’t arrived in the estimated time. Sometimes they are holding your package there because of customs.
2. Tracking is not available for all countries.
3. We cannot adjust the customs price nor can we mark order as “gift” for customs purposes.

Shipping FAQ
If the item was shipped, has a tracking number, and was marked as delivered, you have to contact USPS directly to open a claim.
If you are an international customer, and tracking is not available, please check your local post office if your package has not arrived in time. Sometimes it is held there.
All courier services have removed their guaranteed delivery times this year due to the pandemic.
If you put in the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped and your package was returned to us by USPS because of a wrong address, we can redeliver the package, but you will have to place the order again. We will refund you the products but we will not refund the shipping fee.
You are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties. We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price when we submit a customs form for international orders. We cannot mark packages as “gifts”.
Customs may hold the delivery of your packages. If you have any issues regarding the customs policies of your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
