Items from your order can be returned within 30 days if you are not happy with your purchase. They must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return:
- Email us on why you’re returning the product at email@example.com
- Pack the return. Please include the order number or we won’t know who it’s from.
- Return the product via registered post. Please return your order to the correct address! Or you will pay too much on return shipping. For now, you will have to pay the return postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Shopzoki will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
- At this time, Shopzoki does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, the item can be returned for a refund, and a new order may be placed for a different size or color.
- Items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ or ‘SECONDS SALE’ on the product page are not eligible for returns.
- Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted and may not be refunded.
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please pay the shipping costs, and then we will reimburse you these costs once we receive the item. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the item(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may verify the damage.
- If you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo of the item(s) incorrectly received. We recommend referring to your confirmation email to confirm that the item received does not match what was ordered.
- If an incorrect item or size was received, please be sure to properly indicate this in the form where required instead of in the notes section so your request can be efficiently and correctly processed.
- Shopzoki only accepts unused items with all tags or labels still attached. Returns sent in used or worn conditions will not be accepted and may not be refunded.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different method than was originally used at checkout.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if:
- A refunded product was damaged, incorrect, or missing from an order and its weight affected the original shipping cost.
- If you purchased Express Delivery and your order does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date listed on the USPS tracking page, contact us to request a refund for the shipping charges. This is the only shipping method with a money-back guarantee for the cost of shipping
If items are retuned back to us by the courier due to incorrect address, we can only provide refund for the product’s price and not for the shipping fee.
Refunds for returns will be issued once the returning product(s) have been received in our returns mailbox and processed through the returns form. You should receive an automated email notification when your return has been successfully processed, but please note that your bank or credit card holder may require 1 to 7 days to process the refund and for it to correctly appear on any statements.
If for some reason, the original method of payment is no longer available or valid, we can offer to refund the amount in the form of a gift card for Shopzoki.
