Orders with preorder items ship together with non preorder items.

Processing time:

USA orders: 1 or 2 Business days. We actively ship Monday through Friday. 

Outside of USA: We ship international orders once a week, on Fridays, in order to carefully prepare export documents.

USA Shipping Times:

• 4-7 business days, from $3.75 to $6.95 for Standard with Tracking. 
• 2 or 3 business days, from $12.95 for Express with Tracking.
• We ship packages out from Texas, which means the closer you are to Texas, the sooner your package will arrive.

Outside of USA Shipping Times:

Please note that shipping delays are common during this time of the year due to high volumes as well as the effects of the pandemic.

Canada

• Ships from USA
• Takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive
• Weight based rates, starting at around $10

United Kingdom

• Ships from USA
• Duties are now to be pre-paid during checkout.
• Takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive
• Weight based rates, starting at around $10.
  
  

European Union

• Ships from USA
• May take over 1 month to arrive, depending on the country. 
• Duties and VAT are now collected during checkout.
• Due to new EU VAT law, effective July 2021, we will have to collect a VAT of 20% on your order. We also have to collect duties (which you would normally pay on your own). Lastly, EU required us to hire an intermediary agent to handle VAT, which is an additional charge. In summary, the duties and handling of your package will be more expensive than the VAT and shipping fee itself.

International*

• Ships from USA
• May take over 1 month to arrive depending on the country.
• Australia and New Zealand Shipping may be experiencing delay due to flight restrictions. We do not know exactly how long it will take. 
• We no longer ship to a lot of country due to unreliable international mail ( can take up to 3 months) caused by travel restrictions. We apologize for this inconvenience.
• Weight based rates, starting at around $15

2. Please check your local post office if your package hasn’t arrived in the estimated time. Sometimes they are holding your package there because of customs.

3. Tracking is not available for all countries.

4. We cannot adjust the customs price nor can we mark order as “gift” for customs purposes.
