US Shipping:
All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX within 1-2 business days.
Standard US Shipping (4-7 business days): Ships with USPS. Exact delivery date are not always known but it's usually fast outside of Holiday Shopping seasons.
Express US Shipping (2 or 3 Business Days): Ships with UPS so the exact date of arrival is always 2 or 3 business days. Need it even faster or by a certain date? Email us hello@shopzoki.com and we'll give you a customized quote or pack it faster for you.
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to make up your mind.
Canada Shipping:
All Canadian Orders ships from our warehouse in the US. Duties and taxes will apply for orders over 15 USD.
Shipping time: 2-3 weeks. Ships with UPS with final delivery usually coming from Canada Post or sometimes "One World Express" due to the recent Canada Post strikes. A lot of times Canadian orders arrive in Parcel Lockers.
Shipping to other countries:
To keep shipping costs down for you, some products ship directly from our Hong Kong shipping partner's warehouse instead of our warehouse in the US.
EU has a new higher shipping price due to new law implemented on July 1, 2026. We are actively trying to find a cheaper option.

If these are in your order, they'll ship internationally from Hong Kong usually cheaper and often faster for customers outside the US and Canada. If the shipping method at checkout says "International Shipping," your order is coming from Hong Kong.
If your order mixes Hong Kong-stocked and US-stocked items, it will only ship from USA! so you must remove the extra plushies from your cart. If you need help, please email us hello@shopzoki.com
If you would rather have our USA warehouse ship it, email us hello@shopzoki.com and we will create a custom order for you.
Shipping time: 2-4 weeks. If it's been 4 weeks and it hasn't arrived, email us hello@shopzoki.com and we will investigate and help you out.
Note:
1. Please check your local post office if your package hasn’t arrived in the estimated time. Sometimes they are holding your package there because of customs.
2. Tracking is not available for all countries.
3. We cannot adjust the customs price nor can we mark order as “gift” for customs purposes.
