I suffer from chronic stomach pains, and during my time of the month the cramps can get unbearable. I’ve tried hot water bags but it just didn’t help much as it tended to slip away while I slept, but that isn’t the case with this heatable plush! It’s comfortable and easy to hug, it also surprisingly retains heat well and is the best feeling! it has helped to relieve my cramps and tummy aches and I’ve been using it every day since I got it! (The pouch is also big enough to fit a heatable bean pouch that I got a while back so that’s convenient) Fair warning though, my gel pack did pop in the microwave. Be careful when you microwave it and I suggest doing 15 seconds on one side, massage the gel to distribute the heat, then another 15 seconds on the other side. (the shopzoki team were kind enough to send me a replacement for my popped gel pack)
