US Shipping:

All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX within 1-2 business days.

Standard US Shipping (4-7 business days): Ships with USPS. Exact delivery date are not always known but it's usually fast outside of Holiday Shopping seasons.

Express US Shipping (2 or 3 Business Days): Ships with UPS so the exact date of arrival is always 2 or 3 business days. Need it even faster or by a certain date? Email us hello@shopzoki.com and we'll give you a customized quote or pack it faster for you.

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to make up your mind.

Canada Shipping:

All Canadian Orders ships from our warehouse in the US. Duties and taxes will apply for orders over 15 USD.

Shipping time: 2-3 weeks. Ships with UPS with final delivery usually coming from Canada Post or sometimes "One World Express" due to the recent Canada Post strikes. A lot of times Canadian orders arrive in "Parcel Lockers".

Shipping to other countries:

We do not ship the waffle maker outside of North America. It is a 120V device designed for North America use only.

Some products will be shipped from our Hong Kong shipping partner to reduce shipping costs on your end. If the shipping method says "International Shipping" it is from our Hong Kong shipping partner's warehouse.

If you would rather have our USA warehouse ship it, email us hello@shopzoki.com and we will create a custom order for you.

Shipping time: 2-4 weeks. If it's been 4 weeks and it hasn't arrived, email us hello@shopzoki.com and we will investigate and help you out.

1. Please check your local post office if your package hasn’t arrived in the estimated time. Sometimes they are holding your package there because of customs.

2. Tracking is not available for all countries.

3. We cannot adjust the customs price nor can we mark order as “gift” for customs purposes.

I love my cow

I just happened to see this cute little cow and I fell in love and got it, the gel heating pad is fantastic and stays warm for quite a while. The plushie is so soft and squeezable and it's so cute I want to get every one of them all. 10/10 whoever designed these was a genius the pocket for the heating pad is perfectly placed for the plush to sit on my lap and I'm in love!!!

he’s very soft and squishy and the heat pack is nice. lowkey he kinda looks like he has down’s syndrome but that’s ok i love him anyway he’s adorable. pretty light without the heat pack and a nice weight with it. love him!

It's An excellent Cow Pal

Its an amazing cow. I havent used the gel pack, but ive taken several naps wih it. 100% will buy again I love that the gel pack is a heart with a happy face Ps his eyes are crooked but that's ok

Cute but the eyes . . .

I was so excited for this plush. It’s super soft and the gel pack is great. When put back in the plush, it’s a great temperature. My only complaint would be on the eyes. They’re impressively far apart and unparallel. It’s still so cute, but it can be trippy to look at.
