If the item was shipped, has a tracking number, and was marked as delivered, you have to contact USPS directly to open a claim.
If you are an international customer, and tracking is not available, please check your local post office if your package has not arrived in time. Sometimes it is held there.
We do not guarantee that your package arrives within the estimated time. However, if you ordered express mail and your package does not arrive in time, we will refund you the shipping costs.
If you put in the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped and your package was returned to us by USPS because of a wrong address, we can redeliver the package, but you will have to place the order again. We will refund you the products but we will not refund the shipping fee.
We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price when we submit a customs form for international orders. We cannot mark packages as “gifts”.
